We were first time homebuyers and she just took us under her wing and was confident that she could find a home that we loved, in our location, and in our budget... And she did! She walked us through all of the paperwork and various steps that lead up to closing. Even after closing, she has stayed in touch to make sure things are going well with the house and has offered us contractor recommendations for different work that needs to be done. She made the process a lot less stressful for us. We couldn't have done it without her!

Our SSF agent has earned my family's deep respect. He goes above and beyond all other realtors we have worked with, literally. He might make the difference for you too! -- We asked him if he would guide us through a very challenging (seemingly impossible) task that other realtors declined because it was too much work. Essentially we had to buy a condo in Boulder, and in a short window of time, sell another house in Littleton. He was up to the task, and then some. I have worked with a number of realtors over the years, and no one has ever come close to the effort he put forth. He understood the urgency of the situation, and was good to his word. As for the condo in Boulder, he met me in the middle of a blizzard (2 to 3 feet of snow) and we made a quick offer and got the place under contract. Being willing to show up like that made the difference. This agents work ethic is unmatched. He has gained our trust and our extended family will use him for real estate transactions going forward. A clear 5 out of 5 stars!

My agent was fantastic - very communicative, gave excellent advice and came up with fresh ideas for a listing that had grown cold under a previous broker. She checked in regularly and made sure we had the latest information about the broader market and our own local market. We eventually sold over our asking price in a challenging environment with a "unique" home.

My agent is an exceptional real estate professional. I have worked with her on both, the buyer and seller side. She is exremely hard working, and always available when needed. On my most recent transaction, she went above and beyond helping with HOA issues to make sure we could stick to our closing date. She also did an amazing job presenting the property and working with the buyers realtor on getting any issues ironed out. In the past, when shopping for a property, she did not rush the process until we found the right place, even though we had to look at a large number of properties. Once we found the right place, she made sure we won the bid, even in a competitive market. She is overall great to work with, and I can wholeheartedly recommend anybody looking for an agent to work with her.

I originally went with a minimal service broker - Redfin - when trying to sell my house in Boulder. It did not work at all. The house wasn't moving after several months, and I wasn't getting any meaningful suggestions on what to change, if we were priced correctly, or if the marketing around the house was adequate. I had to personally rewrite their property description, and I constantly was catching typos and mistakes in their contracts. Working with my new agent at SSF was like night and day different. He immediately came in and made meaningful, sensical suggestions on what to change in the house. The changes were minimally expensive, and he suggested contractors who could complete the work. He even hustled to retake pictures using my prior furniture staging before it was removed from the house, so I didn't have to pay for more. His staff was also excellent. All of the contracts were correct from the beginning. Working with he and his team just gave me a lot more confidence in the process from the beginning. All in all, I would definitely use him and the Slifer Team again when buying or selling properties in the future, and I'm going to suggest all of my friends and family use him as well.
