Brad is a Topophiliac. Which is a fancy (and Greek) way of saying he really loves where he lives. He has been in Denver and Vail for almost a decade.
For the past 18 years, he’s worked exclusively for some of the best developers in the US, most recently as VP of Sales & Marketing and Development Partner for East West Partners in Denver, focusing his energy and passion on creating awesome places to live and vibrant communities—all while building and managing A-teams of real estate pros to help him achieve even the loftiest sales goals. Whether it’s appealing to home buyers, working alongside developers, or supporting his brokers, Brad has the vision, insight and understanding to know what his people want, and what they need.
Now, after leading the sellout of some of East West’s most successful Denver developments including The Landmark and The Coloradan, he brings his deep understanding of real estate sales, marketing and team building to SSF as a Broker Associate. When not helping developers successfully sell their projects, you’ll find him on the tennis court, skiing or sipping fancy tequila at home with his wife and rescue pup, Charlie Brown.
